- Monitor and report on the progress of individuals under probation, making recommendations for adjustments to their supervision as needed.
- Testify in court as necessary, providing expert testimony and evidence-based recommendations.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field such as criminal justice, social work, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a related field, such as law enforcement, social work, or corrections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
