Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to serve high-quality meals to residents, guests, and staff. This role requires maintaining the highest standards of service and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service, commercial housekeeping, or janitorial work. A valid Minnesota Driver's License is preferred. Key responsibilities include participating in food and beverage preparation, serving meals, and participating in service and clean-up activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, good listening and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. **Essential Responsibilities:**

* Participate in food and beverage preparation, including arranging salads and desserts
* Serve meals to residents and guests in accordance with facility guidelines
* Participate in service and clean-up activities, including dining room, kitchen, deli, and catered events
* Assist in establishing a clean, safe, home environment for clients and community in private and public locations
