Millwright Technician

Tehachapi Cement LLC is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical equipment at our cement plant.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.
• Repair and replace mechanical parts as needed, using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Install new mechanical equipment, ensuring proper alignment and fitting.
• Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and safe operation of the plant.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
