Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify diagnosis and develop comprehensive plans of care.
  • Perform age-appropriate competency skills in the area of practice and tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs.
  • Follow established protocols and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document patient progress according to approved medical and facility documentation procedures.
  • Discharge patients when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the team.
Requirements
  • Active state license as a physical therapist.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • At least 6 months of PT experience within the last 5 years.
