  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or an approved LPN/LVN program.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $30.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
