Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills and expertise in tax preparation, research, and planning. As a Tax Senior Associate, you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Prepare accurate and compliant tax returns for clients across various industries.
  • Become proficient in tax research and planning, staying up-to-date with the latest tax regulations, laws, and developments.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Mentor junior tax associates and lead projects to drive business growth.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred (150/120 hours completed).
  • 2-4 years of experience in public accounting (internship applicable).
  • Estate, Gift, and Trust tax planning experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, including QuickBooks or Sage.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to pass a background check and work flexible hours as needed.
