About the Job

We are seeking a skilled optometrist to cover our subleased office located inside the Eyemart Express in Greenville, SC. Our main doctor is going on maternity leave, and we need coverage soon.

This part-time position has the potential to become full-time if needed. We welcome new graduates as well as local practitioners looking for extra hours.

  • Patient care runs from 9a-5p with an hour lunch break (flexible if needed)
  • Exams are booked every 20-30 minutes depending on exam type
  • Most exams are routine but have some diabetic eye exams as well as emergency red eye exams
  • Average 12 patients per day, up to 18 maximum
  • Tech support does preliminary testing and OCT/retinal imaging scans as needed
  • Topcon Automated Phoropters in both exam rooms

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree and an Optometry License in the state they will be practicing.
