Compensation for Full-Time Technicians: $30.56/hr-$49.51/hr, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and disassemble components
  • Troubleshoot and repair engines and generators
  • Diagnose switchgear and paralleling equipment
  • Lift weights up to 70 lbs
  • Flexibility for overtime based on workload demands
  • Maintain accurate service records and order parts
  • Engage with customers and communicate effectively
  • Align with Butler Machinery Company's mission, culture, and values
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Caterpillar engines
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer technology
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance
  • Sound decision-making skills
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Proficiency with trade-specific tools
