Position: Clinical Teacher

Overview:

  • Deliver hands-on training to undergraduate nursing students during their clinical experiences.
  • Guide students in mastering patient care techniques throughout their clinical practice.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 70% - Clinical Training: Provide patient care, act as a mentor, and support students in clinical procedures.
  • 15% - Administrative Duties: Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer evaluations.
  • 15% - Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate care, clarify requirements with students, healthcare providers, and patients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical environment.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.

Additional Responsibilities:

Demonstrate comprehensive job knowledge, take the lead in clinical settings, and manage budgets effectively.

Physical Demands:

  • 30% - Prolonged sitting.
  • 40% - Walking or moving around.
  • 10% - Positioning oneself to complete tasks.
  • 10% - Effective communication and direction.
  • 10% - Lifting, transporting, or adjusting objects.

Work Environment: Standard working conditions apply.

Schedule: 9 hours of work each day.

Compensation: Expected remuneration is $5,000 per course.
