Tax Supervisor

CBIZ Accounting Tax and Advisory of New York LLC is seeking a highly skilled Tax Supervisor to join our team. As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading tax engagements, supervising associates, and providing exceptional client service.

• Lead tax engagements, including status updates and quality control
• Supervise associates, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Train and mentor associate staff
• Participate in practice development activities, such as membership in qualified organizations
• Execute administrative duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
• 1 year supervisory experience
• CPA certification preferred
• Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

• Annual salary target: $98,000-$120,000
