We are seeking a highly qualified adjunct faculty member to teach courses in hospitality management and culinary arts at the Los Rios Community College District. As an adjunct faculty member, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, contribute to the district's commitment to excellence in education and training programs, and develop your skills as an educator.
Your responsibilities will include teaching assigned classes, assessing student learning outcomes, and maintaining a thorough and up-to-date knowledge in your regular teaching field. You will also have the opportunity to participate in curriculum development and review, serve on college committees, and engage in other activities that support the district's mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and instruction
- Curriculum development and review
- Student assessment and evaluation
- A bachelor's degree or higher and two years of professional experience; OR, any associate degree and six years of professional experience; OR the equivalent*
