We are currently seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team in the Cranberry Township, PA area. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in industrial painting and coatings.

About the Role:

• Preparation of metal surfaces, including sanding, grinding, and masking, to ensure a smooth paint finish.
• Application of paint or other coatings using conventional air spraying equipment.
• Inspection of paint finish to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintenance of spray painting equipment and cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare paints, thinners, dryers, and other materials for application.
2. Clean and maintain spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Apply coatings to metal parts, including pipe, small tanks, and structural steel.
4. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial painting and coatings.
• Familiarity with manufacturing repair and refinishing processes.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to maintaining a safe working space.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification preferred.
