Pipefitting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipefitting Supervisor to lead our industrial construction team at the American Welding Society. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing complex pipefitting projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining exceptional safety standards.

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Supervise and mentor a team of experienced pipefitters
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction and supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Estimated salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
