Teller Supervisor

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Teller Supervisor to join our team.

• As a Teller Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Tellers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
• You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring Tellers on customer service skills, supervising customer transactions, and assisting with outbound calling initiatives.

• A minimum of 1+ years of related experience.

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

• A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
