- Utilize intelligence-driven strategies to ensure the safety and security of both team members and guests.
- Gain experience in emergency response, safety protocols, and crowd management, providing assistance to guests and team members alike.
- Develop skills in conflict resolution and experience in recovering lost merchandise to minimize inventory loss.
- Effectively operate video surveillance systems.
- Accurately document incidents using industry-standard case management systems.
- Enhancing customer experience by greeting and assisting guests and team members at the entrance and throughout the store; guiding guests in locating products both in-store and online.
- Fostering a culture of physical security by assessing and maintaining safety standards throughout the store and its surroundings.
- Responding to security incidents and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Utilizing escalation tools to address guest concerns, ensuring a secure environment for all.
- Conducting effective merchandise recoveries and providing support for apprehensions in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Preventing theft and inventory loss by performing receipt checks on high-value items.
- Submitting necessary documentation for all incidents in compliance with company policies.
- Understanding and effectively using the video surveillance system.
- Training team members on merchandise protection strategies and auditing processes.
- Instructing team members on operational strategies to minimize inventory loss as directed by leadership.
- Implementing action plans to address inventory loss in designated areas.
- Modeling safe work practices while maintaining a clean environment for guests and team members.
- Delivering service and shopping experiences that cater to guest needs.
- Promoting a culture of ethical behavior, safety, and compliance.
- Working safely at all times, identifying and correcting hazards, and adhering to safety policies and best practices.
- Performing additional duties as required by business needs.
