About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Park Nicollet. As a Surgical Technologist, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse in an autonomous and collegial manner, integrating critical thinking skills, commitment, creativity, and caring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support surgical procedures in our Same Day Surgery Center(s)
  • Assist with patient care and preparation for surgery
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience

Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation and equipment
  • Experience in a surgical setting, preferably in orthopedic surgical procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
