As a Security Operations Center Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and investigating threats to our crew and brand safety and security.

We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000 based on location and experience.

Job Description:
This role involves proactively monitoring for threats such as violence, civil unrest, active shooters, travel advisories, open source/dark web threats, reputational harm, and other events that could disrupt business operations. Conduct investigations using various tools like TLOxp, OSINT, social media, web tools, CCTV, and proprietary software. Respond to crises and collaborate with RSO and Business Unit partners to coordinate initial actions. Manage alarm systems, access controls, and CCTV operations. Respond to alarm signals and use video verification to determine actions, dispatching authorities or resolving user errors as needed. Perform internal investigations and support law enforcement requests by collecting evidence.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in crisis management, security operations, loss prevention, or call center equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in safety, security, or crisis management within a high-growth environment with a solid track record of successfully supporting enterprise security programs
  • Experience with building security, including burglar and fire alarm systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently and collaboratively
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in emergency management, criminal justice, or equivalent experience
