Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our team at H&R Block. As a Financial Professional, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews, preparing tax returns, and generating business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients using various communication channels.
  • Prepare and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and generate business growth.
  • Provide expert tax advice and support to clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
