About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
  • Identify nursing problems and develop individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the hospital's quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities and make staff assignments based on patient need and acuity.
Requirements
  • Current licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or Compact State.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.CPL) Training & Certification required within 6 months.
