Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive floor care tasks, including stripping and waxing hard surfaces and maintaining carpets.
Work Schedule: The position requires availability for full-time work primarily after 5 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.
Requirements:
- Must possess verifiable experience in floor care.
- Ability to perform janitorial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash disposal.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks including bending, stretching, and lifting.
- A clean and valid driver's license is required for positions involving company vehicles.
- Background check and drug screening are mandatory.
