Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive floor care tasks, including stripping and waxing hard surfaces and maintaining carpets.

Work Schedule: The position requires availability for full-time work primarily after 5 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • Must possess verifiable experience in floor care.
  • Ability to perform janitorial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash disposal.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks including bending, stretching, and lifting.
  • A clean and valid driver's license is required for positions involving company vehicles.
  • Background check and drug screening are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits: Hourly pay starts at $17.00, with potential bonuses based on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including healthcare, 401K, and paid time off.
