Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train operations staff during assigned shifts
  • Perform duties of operations staff in their absence, including kitchen operations, security, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents
  • Collaborate with management to optimize program goals and client services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of building operations and security experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as the homeless and those with mental health conditions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
