Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse Travel Position

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in San Antonio, Texas.

Job Description

As a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures, such as cardiac catheterizations, valvuloplasties, and angioplasties. Your responsibilities will include prepping patients for procedures, ensuring informed consent, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as needed. You will also assist the physician during the procedure, monitor and assess the patient, and administer medications as required. After the procedure, you will stay with the patient until they are stabilized to be transferred or discharged.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Active RN license
