Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures in accordance with departmental protocols, Joint Commission standards, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, effectively addressing their imaging requirements.
- Engage in Performance Improvement and Quality Control activities.
- Manage the processing and transmission of images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. ARRT-R certification is mandatory.
  2. State licensure as required by New Jersey.
  3. Familiarity with state and federal regulations is essential.
  4. Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification from AHA.
  5. Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
  6. Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
  7. Proficient computer skills are necessary.
