Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing developmental care and supervision to children at our center.
As a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children, establishing and maintaining supportive relationships with children, co-teachers, and parents, and modeling appropriate childcare practices for your students.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing educational programs for the specific age group, in accordance with the Golden Path curriculum, procedures, and initiatives.
- Providing developmental care and supervision to children at the center.
- Establishing and maintaining supportive relationships with children, co-teachers, and parents.
- Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Tracking individual child development and completing bi-annual progress reports.
- Maintaining positive relationships with parents and communicating with them daily using a school-provided application.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have fulfilled a high school program or the equivalent.
- Must meet one of the following:
- Have a bachelor's degree in a child-related field.
- Have 3 months of program experience and an early childhood certificate or CDA.
- Have 6 months of supervised program experience and 24 hours of approved training.
- Have 48 semester hours of college credit of which 12 hours are in child-related subjects and one year of program experience.
