Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse RN to join our team in our Inpatient Rehab department. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 2+ years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care.
- Current BLS certification.
- EPIC experience preferred.
Days: 6:30am-7:00pm, NOC's 6:30pm-7:00am
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every other
Call Requirements: No on-call
Float Requirements: No
