As a Cardiac Care Recovery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and ensuring the highest level of service. You will work collaboratively with our team to evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate care with other departments.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of hire
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
