OBGYN Physician Opportunity in Minnesota

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our team at Health System-Faribault.
Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per yearJob DescriptionAs an OBGYN, you will work in a dynamic environment with a highly competitive compensation package. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, and participating in the development of innovative clinical practices.
You will have the opportunity to work 4-4.5 days per week in clinic, with an average of 20-25 patients per day. Our hospital handles approximately 300 deliveries per year, offering you a diverse range of obstetric and gynecologic cases to manage.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Participate in the training and education of medical students and residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Cerner and Epic systems
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong foundation in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with Board Eligibility or Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations
- Proficiency in using electronic health records systems, including Cerner and Epic
