Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Artius Solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hospital bedside experience and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Float to like units and other campuses as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Participate in COVID patient care as required, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with scheduling and RTO (Return to Office) processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • May be required to float to cognitive health patient care support, leveraging skills and experience to provide comprehensive care.
  • Positions will be assigned at Gainesville and Braselton locations, with a 50-mile radius restriction in place.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure and certification in BLS/BCLS.
  • At least 2 years of hospital bedside experience, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
