Job Summary:

The Nurse Aide I supports the delivery of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care and services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and incorporates the Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model in daily practice.
  • Delivers patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, promoting a culture of patient-centered care.
  • Participates in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of clinical experience in a related area preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, or College courses in Nursing Aide required.
  • Nurse Aide I certification required, and maintenance of vehicle operator insurability required.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Work Schedule:

Weekends and evening shifts, with as-needed weekend requirements.
