About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pathway Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and set realistic goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Supervise and direct therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
  • Current state licensure or license eligible.
