Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a home health setting.

As a Physical Therapist with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a home health setting. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to patients in their homes.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited PT program
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a weekly rate of $2,460 - $2,709, paid by the hour, not by the visit.
