We are seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at Oceanic Enterprises. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues in our building systems, performing maintenance and repair work on various technical systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify defects and malfunctions in technical systems and equipment, report them, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure technical systems, perform maintenance and repair work on heating systems, ventilation systems, swimming pool technology, water central units, outdoor hydrants, and water taps.
- Functional Testing and Maintenance: Perform functional tests and replace light bulbs in indoor and outdoor areas to ensure optimal lighting conditions.
- Winter Maintenance: Take on winter maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities during harsh weather conditions.
- On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call duty, providing technical support and involving external specialist companies as needed.
- Qualifications: Completed training as an electrician for energy and building technology / industrial technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- Technical Knowledge: Good technical understanding and motivation to familiarize yourself with complex building technology systems.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness and interest to take on tasks to support the technical management if necessary.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Participate in planned on-call duty, including technical support and involvement of external specialist companies with manageable time commitments.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to participate in further training measures to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license (class B).
