Job Title: Sales Manager

At Fitness Connection, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving new member acquisition, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new member acquisition and retention
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to ensure team members are meeting sales targets
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 12 months of sales experience in the fitness industry; internal promotion candidates must have a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record required
