About The Arc Ontario

Responsibilities
- Carry out custodial tasks to meet daily contract obligations using approved methods, including floor maintenance, surface sanitation, restroom upkeep, and waste management.
- Adhere to contract specifications regarding efficiency and quality. Participate in quality assurance activities, such as facility inspections with the Supervisor or Crew Chief.
- Undertake special cleaning assignments as needed, ensuring standards and deadlines are met while setting a positive example for team members and maintaining a professional demeanor with clients.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred
- Previous custodial experience of at least one year is beneficial
- Valid NYS Driver's License
