Chief Revenue Optimization Director

Greencroft Communities is seeking a highly skilled Chief Revenue Optimization Director to lead our revenue cycle management efforts. This role will oversee the optimization of revenue streams, analysis of cost metrics, and generation of key management reports.
In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals. You will supervise accounts receivable, billing, and collection staff, both centralized and local. Additionally, you will work closely with the VP of Operations and affiliate staff to drive revenue growth and improve financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or higher. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is also preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in public accounting or CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) administration is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of patient census records and revenue recognition processes.
- Analysis of collection reserves, Medicaid pending reserves, and Indiana UPL/IGT funding accruals.
- Management of annual cost report compliance for Medicare and Medicaid.
- Tracking of costs in compliance with federal and state cost report rules.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b), and PTO program. Additional benefits may be available.
