We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling rigging to lift and move equipment or material in a manufacturing plant or shipyard.

• Assemble and operate rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads
• Determine the most effective method for lifting and moving equipment
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safe lifting and moving practices
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute lifting and moving operations
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including cranes and hoists
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on rigging equipment
• Develop and implement lifting plans to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rigging and lifting

• 2+ years of experience in rigging and lifting
• Valid Class A driver's license
• NCCCO or equivalent Rigger Level I and TLL certifications
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 75 lbs)
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing or shipyard environment
• Exposure to heavy machinery and equipment
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
