Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel; delegate responsibilities and coordinate nursing services.
- Contribute to the development of nursing protocols and procedures.
- Facilitate ongoing education and professional development for nursing staff.
- Engage in direct patient care, assess patient needs, and ensure services are delivered and documented accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive patient healthcare records.
- Oversee inventory management of supplies; order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring staff performance and addressing compliance issues.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Salary range: $37 - $60 per hour, with additional Charge Nurse supplement when fulfilling Charge Nurse responsibilities. While we anticipate that new hires will be compensated within this range, certain circumstances may allow for flexibility in pay.

Our rehabilitation services provide continuous care and specialized treatment tailored to the unique needs of patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and hold CARF accreditation for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program.
