Job Description

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Compile and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage and maintain accounting systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
