About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitative services to disabled, injured, and diseased patients within our center.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care services, including evaluation, treatment, and education.
  • Developing and implementing effective physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate patient recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other medical staff, to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program or Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
  • Customarily a new graduate to at least five years of demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
  • Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

In addition, you should possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
