We are seeking a skilled Coatings Technician to join our team at our Evansville, IN facility. In this role, you will assist in the manufacturing of specialty coatings for the automotive industry. Your duties will include:

• Color matching and batchmaking
• General utility work, milling, shading, shipping/receiving, and filling of paint batches

To be successful as a Coatings Technician at Red Spot Paint & Varnish Company, Inc., you must have:

• Able to pass a color deficiency test
• Ability to work first shift hours
• Good general problem-solving and math skills
• Successful completion of Pre-Employment testing: Ishihara (color test) and WonScore/Wonderlic; background check which may include education verification, employment verification, reference check, criminal background check, etc.; Post Offer Physical which may include drug & alcohol test, lift testing requirements, and essential functions testing
