PAGA Lawyer

Inveniam Search Consultants, Inc. is seeking a dedicated PAGA Lawyer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex class action litigation cases and make a meaningful impact in the lives of consumers.

• Develop and execute case strategies for class action lawsuits, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about developments in employment law and industry trends.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in California.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law, with a focus on Employment class action litigation.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to advocating for consumer rights and social justice.
