Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic banquet servers to join our team at Wedgewood Weddings. As a banquet server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our couples on their special day.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, decorations, and other necessary items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to the established service standards of the venue.
• Clear tables and ensure prompt removal of used dishes and utensils.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu items, dietary restrictions, and event details.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and organized banquet environment.
• Assist with post-event clean-up and ensure the venue is prepared for the next event.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy trays or equipment.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
