Job Summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the High Intensity Care Unit (HICU). As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care, utilizing strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise.
  • Formal working knowledge, equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college), requires knowledge of a specialized field.
