We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Care Assistant to provide in-home support services to our clients. With a focus on promoting independence and autonomy, this role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently. As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults while working in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in their individualized care plans.
  2. Encourage clients to perform tasks as much as possible, promoting independence and autonomy.
  3. Prepare and serve meals to clients, following pre-planned menus, and assist with meal preparation as needed.
  4. Monitor clients' eating habits and report any changes to the Care Manager.
  5. Engage clients in leisure activities and encourage socialization, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and compassionate personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also have proven experience as a licensed Home Health Aide or equivalent, CURRENT CPR certification, and no criminal record (minor traffic violations excluded). Additionally, you will need to be proficient in English language, have nursing and health care administration skills, and a valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
