The Lash Lounge - Austin is a leading provider of eyelash extension services in the heart of Texas. As a lash specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:
This role is responsible for applying high-quality eyelash extensions, promoting products and memberships, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will be working independently, but as part of a collaborative team that prioritizes client satisfaction and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Apply high-quality eyelash extensions
- Promote products and memberships beneficial to guests
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment

Requirements:
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 6+ months of in-salon experience as a Lash Stylist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Customer service focused
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic

Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year
