Position Overview

We are a well-respected establishment seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Cleaning Specialist to enhance our team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain guest rooms to meet our high standards before guest check-in.
  • Document the status of cleaned rooms, noting any lost items and reporting necessary repairs.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of shared areas including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, making beds, dusting, and laundry duties.
  • Execute laundry tasks including washing and ironing linens.
  • Carry out additional cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic with excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a housekeeping role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with effective cleaning methods and products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
