We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Mailroom Supervisor to join our team at Canon U.S.A., Inc.
About the RoleThis is a customer-facing role, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with established workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily work flow, scheduling assignments for staff, and overseeing the generation of departmental reports.
- Supervise the processing of external vendor billing and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure quality control of shift work, performing physical checks and monitoring consistency.
- Maintain equipment to manufacturer's specifications and stay up-to-date with technical knowledge and skills.
- Perform data entry and supervise supply inventory and record keeping.
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years of related experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to obtain necessary clearances and security measures.

Our estimated hourly base salary range for this role is $20.54-$28.20 per hour.
