We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health's Tradition Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiology exams and procedures on patients of all ages, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Assist with scheduling patient procedures and coordinate with department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives.
- Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Document and notify management of any malfunctions of equipment.
- Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives.
- Provide copies of imaging studies in a timely manner and perform routine imaging procedures according to policy/protocol manual and written orders.
- Perform emergent procedures according to policy/protocol manual and written orders, and invasive procedures according to policy/protocol manual and Radiologist's supervision.
- Perform all special procedures according to policy/protocol manual.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
- American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) registered.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Holds a Florida License as a General Radiographer (RAD).
- Two years experience as an Imaging Technologist in an acute care imaging setting is recommended, with knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
- Experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or Interventional Vascular Technologist is preferred.
