Sushi Line Cook

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Line Cook to join our culinary team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Sushi Line Cook, you will play a vital role in creating a variety of delicious raw, cooked, and vegetable sushi rolls and other unique menu items.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients to be used by the culinary team
• Create high-quality meals that meet our standards
• Effectively multitask and balance prep work while ensuring guests' meals are prepared in a timely manner

Requirements

• Food preparation experience
• Knowledge of related products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience cutting sashimi and sushi neta
• Experience in Sushi preparation in a high-volume retail environment
• Experience working as a Sushi Cook
