Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality services to clients in Lowell, MA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals across various age groups who are experiencing physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and environmental needs.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to establish treatment goals and plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment programs aimed at improving clients' functional abilities, including activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, mobility, and social skills.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and sensory integration techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical experience in evaluating and treating individuals with diverse conditions and disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
